eLearning Backpack Laptop Initiative
Are you prepared for life after high school? Our world is changing and quickly evolving. The faculty and staff of Mount Vernon High School work to prepare you for future personal and professional experiences.
To better support these future opportunities, we have partnered with the Virginia Department of Education to participate in its eLearning Backpack Initiative. All students are eligible to receive a laptop for their use in and outside of school. Participation is completely optional.
To begin the steps of securing a laptop for your personal use, the following presentation provides the details. After viewing this presentation, your parent/guardian must come to the MVHS Main Office to complete the required forms. Once the forms have been submitted, you will be scheduled to receive a laptop.
